THE BEAUTY CHANGES LIVES EXPERIENCE 2017

On March 26th, Pivot Point International teamed up with America's Beauty Show and The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation for the annual Beauty Changes Lives Experience and Legacy Award Show. It's the first event campaign that I was involved in. For 2017, the theme for the show was "The Art of Prediction", we used a starry night, dreamy backgrounds, and silhouettes to execute the theme. The theme and style of the show had already been established by our Creative Manager, Danya Shaikh, after that all remaining design jobs were passed onto myself. I'm proud to say that most designed materials for this event were designed by me! That includes all materials handed to sponsors and board members (presentations, agreements, proposals) as well as screen displays, signage, social objects, award powerpoint presentations, both print and digital ads, and menus. Some are shown in the slideshow below.

The event was split into two separate segments, one is the Legacy Award and the other is the actual Beauty Changes Lives Experience. The Legacy Award is for our generous sponsors and elites of the beauty and hair industry. All the materials created for the Dinner are distinguished using the blue background. The Beauty Changes Lives Experience is where the fashion show takes place and it's for everyone to participate! The materials for this event are created in pink.

Every year, Pivot Point International honors our founder Leo Passage with a scholarship that is given to to a select amount of up and coming hairdressers from around the country, also known as Pivot Point's "NextGen". They are also the hairdressers who get the opportunity to show their work on the runway. Social objects were designed for all the scholarship winners.
